Vulcan® Drying Systems personnel designed a plant for a client in Shanghai, China to remediate oil based drilling muds. It is mounted on three flat-bed trailers for easy mobility. The TDU's effort is aimed to reduce landfilling and to recycle valuable hydrocarbons.

The system was designed to process 1.0 TPH of oil-based drilling muds. The system uses natural gas burners.
